Want to give a recommendation Pro Jet LLC & KC Drain Pros for sewer line service, hydro-jetting and drain cleaning in the KC Metro. On a renovated 120 year old house I have on the market a sewer line issue caused a buyer to back out, even though I was committed to resolving the issue. Some 'big box' sewer line repair companies were advising me to dig up the line replace the section with the blockage, which would have cost many many thousands of dollars. KC Drain Pros went out for a free estimate to complete this work and they ran their own scope through the line and called and advised me that what they really thought I needed was a good hydro-jetting to clean out roots and other gunk that was being decribed as a "stone" but they believed it was just a lot of build up of paper. So, instead of just "taking the order" they honestly advised me on what they beleived would be the best, and most cost effective solution. So, I then called Pro Jet LLC a locally owned, veteran owned company in Lees Summit, and when Matt the owner picked up the phone, I could hear a baby in the background crying, and he told me he was in the middle of a diaper change. I was like "Bro, I can relate!" - within hours, his crew was out to the house, hydrojetting the line, clearing all of the roots and gunk causing the back up, and BAM - the line is now clear! After connecting with a few honest folks, a couple of hundred dollars later - this issue which could have been THOUSANDS, now has peace of mind for me and future buyer that this sewer line will be in good shape for years to come! Pro Jet has been routinely servicing the several hood systems we have at work. They’ve done a phenomenal job. After the second service we have notice a much better airflow through the system. Prior companies didn’t seem to do as thorough a job. They are prompt and professional and provide before and after photos. Being a local company when you call you reach someone who is ready to help.
